Design & Project Management:
4 project engineers, German, English, Japanese and Chinese languages are available
7 mold designers, 3 of them have more than 15 years technical experience and can make mold flow
Machining:
The accuracy of our CNC equipment is more precise than 0,01mm. We can handle parts up to 1m in house. With a maximum speed 15000 R/pm we are able to do high speed cutting.
EDM:
With the newest version of SODICK equipment we can control the EDM process very detailed and reach the surface finished up to mirror EDM.
Plastic injection:
We have 5 modern Injection Machines from Demag and Haitian with clamping force from 60 to 380 tons for mold trial and small quantity production. The configuration from our equipment is prepared for using glassfiber and high temperature materials
Quality Control:
Constantly 20 degrees as basic temperature guarantee the correct results of measurement. For stable process of manufacturing we check all electrodes via CMM before EDM.
Shipment:
According customer’s requirements we are shipping our sample parts and molds world wide via air, rail and sea freight. We are experienced for best rust protection which is easy to remove after the mold received.
